Our Mother & Baby programme was created to offer a supportive and restorative pause after pregnancy. In a calm environment facing the Atlantic Ocean, new mothers can slow down, receive expert care and enjoy meaningful moments with their baby.

Unlike traditional wellness stays, this programme was specifically designed for the postpartum period with the support of a specialised doula, ensuring every experience is adapted to the real needs of young mothers.

What’s included in your Mum & Baby escape

The experience is carefully designed to combine care, rest and connection through a personalised rhythm adapted to postnatal needs.

Each day includes:

  • a marine spa treatment inspired by the benefits of seawater to support recovery and vitality
  • a thalassotherapy treatment to ease fatigue and promote deep relaxation
  • a coaching session focused on posture and movement
  • a dedicated mum and/or baby moment to strengthen connection and emotional wellbeing

During the treatments, the baby is cared for by a professional nanny, allowing you to fully relax with complete peace of mind.
