Believed to be Vietnam’s oldest continuously operating restaurant since 1901, Le Beaulieu revisits its roots through an iconic 3-course menu. Savour Lobster Bisque, served au guéridon and following a recipe dating back to the restaurant’s earliest days, alongside Café aux Œufs – a creative interpretation of the iconic egg coffee first created at the Metropole in 1946.
