- By booking the “Unlock Luxury offer: -25%", the customer agrees to have read and accepted the conditions set out below:
- This offer is valid, subject to availability in the selected hotel, for any stay from 11 May 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive in one of the participating Sofitel Legend, Sofitel and MGallery Collection, Emblems Collection hotels (located in one of the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Benin, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Hungary , India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Japan, Kenya, Korea(South)- Republic, Laos, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico ,Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, Vietnam and booked between 4 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 23: 59 Paris time (UTC+1).
- Your reservation must be made through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor All mobile applications, ALL reservation center, directly at the hotels), traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected with the Accor reservation center and Accor connected partners.
- No online pre-payment is required at the time of booking, but all bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the start of your stay.
- The offer can be modified, cancelled, exchanged after the reservation, in line with the cancellation policy issued by the hotel. If these conditions do not provide for a right to cancel or if the cancellation right has already expired, the hotel will charge the first night at the rate including VAT.
Conditions of the offer:
- The discount displayed of 25% is based on the flexible rate, with or without breakfast except for hotels offering only a single meal plan option. For these hotels, the 25% discount is either on the flexible rate or the flexible rate including breakfast, depending on the hotels offer structure, subject-to-date and availability conditions.
- The discount does not apply to ancillary services, tourist tax and additional taxes to the tourist tax.
- Offer valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 10 nights.
- The " Unlock Luxury offer: -25%" can be combined with the Members Rate, where applicable but not with other discounts or special offers. This offer does not apply to groups. The general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate apply.
- Prices quoted do not include tourist tax.
- This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless points to be earned at participating hotels (see list)
Check-in times
Check-in and check-out times are different at each hotel and will be mentioned in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
Child policy
The applicable child policy is different depending on the hotel selected and will be specified in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
Cancellation and modification policy
No fee will be charged for cancellations or modifications according to each hotel’s cancellation policy based on the flexible rate. If cancellations or modifications are made after the due time, the amount due is not refundable.
