The designers of the Fédération Française de la Couture sur Mesure have imagined spectacular gown-like Christmas trees. Shimmering gold and snowy white unfold across majestic spruce skirts. Everything glimmers, sparkles, and shines beneath a warm golden light, celebrating the joy of Christmas and the festive spirit. These extraordinary creations take centre stage in a magnificent winter ball, where magic and elegance come together to enchant both young and old. From the entrance to the bar and restaurant, Christmas trees multiply, leading to the inner terrace where they form a snowy forest, each branch sparkling with light.
These couture-inspired Christmas tree gowns are creations by Letz-Martin Couture, Jérôme Blin and La Maison du Pli, atelier Karen Grigorian.

Chef Julien Goriot presents two exceptional festive dinners celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients and French culinary traditions.

The Pleated Yule Log
Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the heart of Paris, where gastronomic excellence and festive elegance come together for an unforgettable night. Savour a seven-course dinner celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients, from delicate seafood creations and indulgent lobster to Bresse poultry, black truffle and exquisite pâtisserie. Accompanied by live music and an enchanting atmosphere, the evening promises a memorable passage into the New Year. The Pleated Yule Log
Inspired by the Christmas tree gowns adorned with virtuoso pleats, crafted by Paris’s last artisanal pleater, La Maison du Pli, Pastry Chef Shereen Khelif has imagined an immaculate pleated Yule log. A tribute to the great tradition of pleating, an iconic savoir-faire of Parisian haute couture.
Beneath its sculptural ivory folds, delicate pecan notes mingle with a rich pecan praline, a crisp Guanaja chocolate crunch and the soft sweetness of pain de Gênes.
Refined simplicity is elevated by a golden pecan, placed like a precious jewel.
