Guided by the seasons and a deep respect for terroir, his cuisine tells a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and heartfelt flavour. At his side, Pastry Chef Shereen Khelif reimagines the great French classics with generosity and flair — like her incomparable chocolate soufflé, both airy and intensely indulgent. On the mixology side, Maison Blossom has entrusted its cocktail menu to renowned Chef Mixologist Matthias Giroud, co-founder of L’Alchimiste. His creations are as refined as they are responsible—low-alcohol or alcohol-free, lightly sweetened, and crafted with house-made syrups, infusions, and hydrosols. Among the must-tries, the elegant Douce France, featuring muscat infused with verbena.
