Chef Anaïs Foray

Anaïs Foray advocates a committed approach to cooking, placing the aromatic plants, tender vegetables and edible flowers grown in the restaurant’s garden at the heart of her dishes.

After training at Institut Paul Bocuse, she traveled the world to hone her techniques. Chef Foray, winner of the Trofémina Prize, now shares her talents with the guests of Blossom restaurant.
