Memories are made at the Japanese show cooking grill, where you'll gather around the huge metal plate to watch your skilful chef at work. The finest locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables are chopped, sautéed and flambéed right in front of you.

In keeping with Japanese tradition, the restaurant offers set menus. There are four to choose from: Sakura, Samurai, Ikebana and Saké. Everything begins with freshly made sashimi, nigiri or maki, before flames climb and specialties sizzle.
