Spa Etiquette

Access to the steam room is available as an additional option with any spa treatment booked. Access is granted for 30 minutes at a rate of €50 per person. The spa is open from 9 am to 8 pm for treatments. 

We inform you that an extra charge of €30 will be added per treatment, for any treatment provided between 7 & 9 am and 8 & 11 pm. All our massages are exclusively dedicated to well-being and have no therapeutic purpose. We recommend you to be ready before your therapist arrives to fully benefit from your treatment.

Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries, and if you are pregnant, so that we can recommend
you the most suitable treatment.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a delay, your treatment will unfortunately be shortened so as not to inconvenience the following clients.
For any cancellation, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance. After this time, your treatment will be charged in full.
