Born in Alsace, Mathieu Klein combines his talent with a love of this region. His generosity, discipline and precision are evident in seasonal dishes that elevate everyday products.

Trained in the kitchens of Alain Ducasse, Klein is one of those gifted chefs who boldly and continually reinvent their craft as a result of encounters with diners and exposure to different techniques and ingredients.
