Our Executive Chef balances culinary excellence with the commitment to a more sustainable cuisine. We source most of our produce locally from short supply chains and all of the fruits & vegetables are organic.
All of the meat and poultry are from France while our fish come from our local fish markets (except salmon). Vegetarian and vegan options are available every day.
