We have eliminated over 50 single-use plastic items from the hotel ; We use only eco-labeled cleaning products ; We have installed water-saving equipment in toilets and showers ; We are rethinking our breakfast and menu offerings by removing endangered fish species and introducing practices that reduce food waste ; Our organic waste is transformed into compost for soil enrichment by the company Les Alchimistes; We monitor our energy consumption daily with the goal of reducing it; We promote responsible exploration by offering alternative tours of the calanques (ask at the Concierge Desk); We organize events with local associations to share with our guests the importance of protecting the Mediterranean Sea.
