From the choices we make behind the scenes to the experiences we create for our guests, we are working towards a more considered future for our hotel and the Gold Coast.

  • Greenspace Microfarm

    Our on-site Greenspace Microfarm brings living herbs, microgreens and other fresh produce closer to the plate. Grown locally and delivered ready to harvest, the produce can be picked as needed by our culinary team, bringing freshness to our menus while helping reduce food waste and packaging.

  • MODA Water

    In collaboration with MODA Water, we filter and bottle water on site in reusable glass bottles for guest rooms, events and dining. This allows us to offer guests still and sparkling water while reducing our reliance on single-use plastic bottles.
