Sky-High Indulgence

• Booking Period:
  From 15th April until 28th September 2025
• Staying Period:
  From 15th April until 30th September 2025

• Bookings must be made with full payment required by credit card at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be modified. A $100 per night refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. 

Hot Air Balloon T&C:

• Children under 3 years old cannot participate.
• Children 3 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 13-17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour.
• You will need to be agile enough to negotiate steps, climbing into the basket and standing for the duration of the flight.
• Pregnant women after 12 weeks of pregnancy are not able to fly.
• If you have participated in diving the previous day you are not suited to this activity.
• Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking.
• At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
• Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags.
• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given.
• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received.
• It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes - no heels, slippers or skirts please.
• Bring a jacket as it gets quite cool as the sun rises and please avoid white clothes.
• Carry hats, sunglasses, and a fully charged phone or camera for taking pictures.
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes.
