Riviera Soirée

An evening where exceptional food, fine wine and French hospitality come together around one table. Riviera Soirée presents a seasonal four-course menu curated by Executive Chef Yang Zhang, showcasing the finest Australian produce, thoughtfully paired with premium French wines.
 

Inspired by Sofitel's Cultural Link philosophy, Riviera Soirée reflects the meeting of French heritage and the Gold Coast's coastal spirit, an elegant expression of generosity, conviviality and the timeless pleasure of gathering together.
