Chef Andreas Donnerbauer

Our executive head chef, Andreas Donnerbauer, hails from Bavaria but brings to the kitchen a deft fusion of influences derived from years of experience in distinguished restaurants on six continents. His mastery of traditional French cuisine is complemented by the flavours discovered on his travels, resulting in a classically French sensibility, a sustainable ethos and an inspired modern twist.
