My loyalty card details do not appear in my account. What should I do ?

  • Check that the e-mail address, ALL card number and password you have entered are correct
  • Check that the e-mail address you have entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account
  • Check that the ALL card number entered is correct and corresponds to a valid card in your name
  • Check that the number you entered contains:
    - 16 digits without spaces for your ALL card number
    - or 8 digits for your account number
  • Check that the password you entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account (otherwise click on «Forgotten your password?»)
  • Make sure that the Accor mobile application or website is not undergoing maintenance: Check «Your support space» at the top of the page to see whether there is a message regarding downtime.
