My loyalty card details do not appear in my account. What should I do ?
Check that the e-mail address, ALL card number and password you have entered are correct
Check that the e-mail address you have entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account
Check that the ALL card number entered is correct and corresponds to a valid card in your name
Check that the number you entered contains: - 16 digits without spaces for your ALL card number - or 8 digits for your account number
Check that the password you entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account (otherwise click on «Forgotten your password?»)
Make sure that the Accor mobile application or website is not undergoing maintenance: Check «Your support space» at the top of the page to see whether there is a message regarding downtime.
