  • Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

  • Prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT.

  • Service charge is not included.
