M. Chapoutier Wine Dinner

For one night only, on Thursday, 22 May 2025, be transported to the Tain-l’Hermitage in the Rhône region of France at the M. Chapoutier Wine Dinner at The Cliff, organised in collaboration with the storied French winemaker. Founded in 1808, M. Chapoutier is known for its Hermitage wines, both white and red.

Savour Italian flavours in a five-course menu created by Chef Bjoern Alexander, paired with a selection of M. Chapoutier wines. Begin with Red Prawn Carpaccio and Vitello Tonnato, followed by Agnolotti and Grilled Wagyu Beef Tenderloin; lastly, Lemon Tart completes the decadent meal.
