Executive Chef Bettina Arguelles

Having trained extensively in Western cuisine as an apprentice of world-famous chef Daniel Boulud, Bettina Arguelles was voted female chef of the year in 2019. She then became the first Filipina executive chef in any Philippines 5-star hotel. As the driving force behind Spiral’s incredible gastronomy, she has elevated Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila’s culinary creations to new heights.
